Creative Makers Initiative CIC
Creativity That Connects Us. We provide inclusive, low-cost creative programmes that build confidence, wellbeing, and community ties.
About
At Creative Makers Initiative, we believe creativity has the power to bring people together, boost confidence, and improve wellbeing.
Creative Makers Initiative CIC was founded in 2025 to support people who are socially isolated, vulnerable, or marginalised through creative activities.
We provide inclusive workshops in traditional crafts and heritage skills, with a particular focus on creativity for wellbeing. Our sessions engage both mind and hands, helping participants build confidence, reduce stress, and process experiences in a supportive environment.
By combining practical skills with social connection, we aim to improve mental health, reduce loneliness, and strengthen community resilience. Our work ensures that creative opportunities are welcoming, accessible, and beneficial for everyone, particularly those who may face barriers due to age, health, or personal circumstances.
Together, we’re building a creative community where everyone feels welcome, valued, and inspired.
